LIVESound: Low Covers Toto's "Africa" for A.V. Undercover

Beginning in 2010, The A.V. Club began inviting bands from all genres to put their own spin on mostly random, off-beat pop hits (and a few charming classics) from yesterday submitted by the websites' readers. For their latest installment of A.V. Undercover, slo-core trailblazers, Low -- fresh off the release of their great new album, C'mon -- decided to put their beautifully somber harmonies to good use on Toto's 1982 smash, "Africa." This isn't the first time that a member of Low has taken on the A.V. Undercover challenge, either. Last year, Alan Sparhawk and his side-piece, Retribution Gospel Choir, brought listeners to "Kokomo". I guess Low has a thing for traveling...
