LIVESound: Cloud Nothings Play "Fall In / Separation" and "Wasted Days" at The Grog Shop

Six months later, and 2011 Breakthrough Artist and Best Album listmakers Cloud Nothings' sophomore follow-up Attack On Memory is still getting some frequent rotation at AwkwardSound and maintains a cushy place on the front end of this year's Recommended Listens. Dylan Baldi and company are keeping listeners attached to their scuzzy brand of infection pop punk by giving them new ways to listen to the tracks as well. At the tail end of April, the Cleveland quartet offered up a free five-song live EP consisting of tracks off their latest effort alongside one from 2010's Turning On, all recorded at their homecoming stop at The Grog Shop. Today, the band premiered two live videos taken from that same show which provide some substantial evidence as to why you should go out and see them ASAP. You can watch Cloud Nothings perform "Fall In / Separation" and "Wasted Days" under a veil of blue-hued lights that could easily camouflage them with Attack On Memory's album cover color theme. Judging by the sheer intensity burning off the young indie rockers' stage presence, they'd still be pretty easy to spot...
