LIVESound: Trash Talk and Odd Future Combine Chaos In Brooklyn

A few weeks back, AwkwardSound detailed how the combined forces of hip-hop bad boys Odd Future and Los Angeles thrashers Trash Talk is making for one of the most genuinely hardcore statements in the scene. Last night in Brooklyn, the two collectives from seemingly different walks of life crossed roads for one absolutely yet expectantly chaotic live show. It was all part of Odd Future's NYC takeover, which also saw Frank Ocean sell out Terminal 5, Tyler, the Creator and prodigal son Earl Sweatshirt play the Best Buy Theater and finally, capping the night off at 285 Kent where OFWGKTA joined the newest signees of the Odd Future Records roster on stage to perform OF's "Radicals" and "Awake", the title track off Trash Talk's latest EP.
