Hear New Sound: Bomb the Music Industry!'s "Big Kisses"

We were fortunate to escape 2012 without too many band break-ups, with WU LYF and GIRLS probably being the ones that sting the most, but on a smaller and more beloved scale, it's going to be tough saying goodbye to Nassau Country punks, Bomb the Music Industry! as well. After 8 years of various line-up incarnations, staying true to the tenants of DIY culture and releasing each of their albums for free on their Tumblr before they became physically available, the Jeff Rosenstock-led collective is going on hiatus as soon as they finish up a farewell tour of Australia in February. Before that, they're offering up one last gesture of appreciation to both fans and friends in the form of "Big Kisses," a new track which they hope will assist in raising donation efforts for Response and Rebuild, an NYC-based organization who is helping to remove toxic mold from hundreds of homes while rebuilding the surrounding community following the events of Hurricane Sandy. You can read Rosenstock's grateful and reflective parting words here as he and Bomb the Music Industry! send "Big Kisses" below...
